Unknown/Unassigned eBay Payments

Some payments made via internet banking or over the counter at a branch may not be able to be assigned to the order it is for. This can be due to the branch teller not putting the reference number in with the payment or the payer may for forgotten to put any reference with the payment. Also with eBay Buy Now order payments there maybe many orders with the same eBay item number this means unless a name or user name is with the payment it may not be able to be assigned to the correct order.
